I build and lead high-trust Web3 communities—designing Discord servers that scale, running day-to-day community operations, and keeping engagement strong through clear communication and consistent programming. At Troverse, I owned Discord ops end-to-end: server setup (roles, permissions, onboarding), moderation workflows, support triage, and event execution.
I also recruit, onboard, and manage moderation teams—creating guidelines, escalation paths, and coverage plans for high-traffic moments like announcements, AMAs, and launches. My background in customer service and operations helps me stay calm under pressure, resolve conflict quickly, and keep communities organized, safe, and fun.
